Requests received later than 12 hours after placing the order would not be cancelled as the company will dispatch the orders within 12 hours for a faster delivery.

Refund Policy

Our aim is to provide the best quality food products for our clients. The hygiene factors of ingredients and equipments are considered with utmost care. In case there is any defect found in the quality of our product, we can provide a refund within 15 days after the request. The request shall be made within 2 days of delivery of the product by writing to us at along with the attachment of photographs/videos as a proof of defect.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
